I’m Mandy LeBlanc, a Hormone Nutritionist, Registered Massage Therapist, and EFT practitioner (with countless courses upgrading my knowledge in functional nutrition, hormone health, somatic work, and more…I know, I’m a nerd!) that specializes in realistic and holistic hormone health.
I have been working with women in holistic health for over 20 years, and have seen a lot of trends come and go, so I know the value of a solid, sustainable approach, combining nutrition, lifestyle, and somatic techniques for LASTING results!
My own health journey includes healing excruciating period pain and embarrassing acne, reversing osteopenia (diagnosed in my early 20s!!!), and healing from adrenal burnout (hello, single parenting and dealing with divorce!)
